Sorbet is one of our favourite summer snacks! Even though in winter it can be great with a dessert!
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
30 seconds plus
60 seconds hold
THE ICE CREAM
Peel 2 cucumbers and get the seeds out. Puree the rest till it's all smooth and then put it through a cloth to make it extra smooth
Add 4 table spoons of gin, 75 grams of sugar, juice and peel of one lime and 5 grams of mint
Infuse the mixture
Put it through the cloth again
Put the mixture in the Ice machine
Enjoy your Sorbet!
