This is probably a more well known infusion, cinnamon infused vodka. We used this cinnamon infused vodka to make an apple cinnamon mule. A fresh but also spiced cocktail because of the ginger and the cinnamon.

3 cinnamon sticks

Cinnamon infused vodka
Apple cider
Lime juice
Ginger Beer
Cinnamon Stick and an apple slice as garnish
