What's better than ending a dinner on a summer evening with an ice cold limoncello? Well, we found something: the GrapefruitCello. Normally it takes around 4 weeks to make your own limoncello, but with the smart infuser it only takes about half an hour in total!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

First add this to the smart infuser:

• 1 liter of 96% alcohol (20 degrees)

• The peel of 5 big organic grapefruits

• The peel of 2 organic lemons

After the program add this:

• 1,5 liter water

• 500 grams organic sugar (make sure it's fully dissolved)

THE PROGRAM

• 9 cycles

• 30 seconds plus

• 90 seconds hold

THE COCKTAIL

Name cocktail: GrapefruitCello Spritz (the perfect aperitif)

Ingredienten:

• 1 shot of Grapefruitcello

• 100 ml of prosecco

You can also replace the prosecco for 200 ml tonic to create a nice summery drink!
