Rose G&T

Today we will make a rose infused gin and use it for a classic gin and tonic

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 200 ml gin

• 3 tablespoons of dried rose petals

• if you want you can add some dried hibiscus to make the colour more intense

THE PROGRAM

• 6 cycles

• 20 seconds plus

• 30 seconds hold

THE COCKTAIL

Name cocktail: Rose G&T

Ingredients:

• 50 ml rose gin

• Lobsters Tonic

• if wanted 20 ml simple syrup
