This is definitely our new favourite summer snack: rum infused pineapple sticks from the Green Egg. The sweet pineapple is a perfect match with the spiced rum. The leftover rum can be used for a pineapple mojito to create a fresh summery drink!
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
1 pineapple cut in sticks
500 ml Bacardi spiced rum
75 gram cane sugar
Use the standard sangria program
Grill the pineapple sticks for 5 min at 200 degrees
Name cocktail: Pineapple mojito
40 ml Pineapple infused rum
15 gr cane sugar
15 ml pineapple syrup/liquor
juice of one lime
