Cream puffs/profiteroles

Everybody knows the traditional French Profiteroles! We chose to give it a new twist by using infused cream. You can use various ingredients to infuse in the cream, just like we did with the base for ice creams. You can also make a nice glaze with these flavours to give an extra boost!


WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Full cream

  • Ingredients you want to infuse, for example spices, coffee or tea


THE PROGRAM

  • 10 cycles

  • 30 seconds plus

  • 60 seconds hold
