Our favourite Grilled vegetables are definitely some green asparagus. Especially the asparagus tips are so rich in flavour! We chose to give them a little marinade before grilling them on the Green Egg.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
200 grams asparagus tips
70 ml (lemon infused) olive oil
20 ml lemon juice
10 grams sea salt
20 seconds plus
50 seconds hold
Grill them for 2 minutes at 200 degrees on the Big Green Egg. Serve them with some parmesan cheese!
