Infused Olive Oil

It's great on your salad, on a bruschetta or even on an oyster: Olive oil. You can even make it more special by infusing it with your favourite herbs. We made a few different flavours, but the possibilities are endless. And with the smart infuser it only takes a few minutes!


WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • 500 ml extra virgin olive oil

  • your favourite herbs (we used 200 grams chopped rosemary, one with 150 grams of thyme and one with 2 lemon peels)

  • 7 cycles

  • 10 seconds plus

  • 90 seconds hold
