Vegan Scallops

Are you looking to surprise your vegetarian guests? Then we would recommend these vegan scallops! They are made of infused king mushrooms baked in butter (could be plant based oil for vegan guests).


WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • King Mushroom

  • Water

  • Sea Salt

  • Salty cress like oyster leaves, moai caviar, borage cress or Blinq blossom

THE PROGRAM

We first infused the "ocean water":

  • 6 cycles

  • 30 seconds plus

  • 60 seconds hold

After we used the ocean water to infuse the king mushroom:

  • 9 cycles

  • 30 seconds plus

  • 60 seconds hold

After infusing it's ready to be baked in the butter until golden brown! Enjoy!
